With the Half Human Air Ski ergometer and its dynamic air resistance, you have a training device that not only improves endurance and strength, but also offers a versatile and motivating workout experience. Whether for intensive HIIT training or a balanced cardio workout - the Half Human Air Ski is ideal for an efficient and holistic workout.

How does training with air resistance work?
The air resistance is generated by a fan integrated into the drive unit of the Air Ski. When the handles are pulled, the fan is set in motion, creating air resistance. The faster and more intense the pulling movement, the more air is moved and the greater the resistance. This method enables infinitely variable control of the training intensity - without any manual adjustments. In addition, the Half Human Air Ski offers the option of adjusting the basic resistance to the individual fitness level in 10 stages.

What are the advantages of training with air resistance?
In contrast to conventional, fixed resistance settings, which often force jerky and unnatural movements, air resistance automatically adapts to the user's speed and strength. This results in a particularly effective workout that is also easy on the joints. It enables both explosive sprint and interval units as well as long-lasting endurance exercises with constant resistance. Furthermore, with its 10 adjustable resistance levels, the Air Ski ergometer offers individual customisation that is suitable for both beginners and ambitious athletes and precisely adapts the training to your own needs and goals.

Dynamic adjustment
The air resistance of the Air Ski automatically adapts to the intensity of the movements, making it easy to vary the training intensity - without any manual adjustments. By adjusting the frequency and force of the ski movements, the workout can be effortlessly intensified or made easier.

Fluid movement
The air resistance of the Air Ski ensures even, fluid resistance throughout the entire movement. This simulates the feeling of cross-country skiing in a realistic and pleasant way and leads to a more natural, effective workout.

Direct feedback
The Air Ski provides immediate feedback with every stroke. The device reacts directly to the intensity and speed of the movements, allowing you to feel and adjust your performance in real time.

Suitable for all fitness levels
The Air Ski is suitable for everyone, regardless of fitness level. Whether beginner or experienced cross-country skier - the variable air resistance offers the right challenge for every performance level and supports continuous progress.
