It automatically adapts to the force of the strokes so that the intensity of the workout can be flexibly controlled by increasing or decreasing the stroke rate without the need for manual adjustments. The movement sequence always remains even and fluid, giving you an authentic rowing experience. In addition, the Air Rower provides immediate feedback on each rowing stroke, making the intensity of the workout perceptible in real time. Thanks to these features, the machine is suitable for all fitness levels and offers a customised challenge for beginners and experienced rowers alike.

Bluetooth and integrated tablet holder
The rowing machine offers Bluetooth connectivity and an integrated tablet holder to enable an engaging workout and explore exotic locations from the comfort of your own home. Rowing sessions can be spiced up with favourite songs, record training data and share activities using the dedicated apps. There is also access to thousands of real-life training videos to help you reach your goals faster (apps may be subject to a charge and are not included).

Training
Whether you want coaching, challenges or simple rowing, the compatible D-fit and Kinomap apps on tablet or smartphone allow you to discover a wide range of training options. You can track and analyse your performance, enjoy structured workouts with coaching and interval training, choose from over 40,000 live action videos and take part in exciting multiplayer sessions. You can upload your own training videos and travel the world while rowing (apps may be subject to a charge and are not included).

Natural rowing experience
The Half Human rowing machine offers 10 adjustable air resistance levels, giving you full control over every training session. Whether you want a light warm-up session or an intense workout, the pulling resistance can be adjusted quickly and easily. The air resistance system simulates the feeling of rowing on water and offers a realistic and challenging training experience.

Intuitive performance monitor
Every training session can become a challenge, test your limits and visualise your progress on the 5-inch (12.7cm) LCD display. The training focus can be selected from 8 motivating programmes, while live feedback on the most important parameters provides information on performance to get the most out of every workout.
