Cable Pull Stations

Cable pull stations are fitness equipment that allow a variety of exercises and are often found in gyms and home workout rooms. They consist of a structure with weight blocks, a cable system and various handles or attachments.

The cable pull station offers a wide range of workout options, as it allows you to create resistance at different angles and directions. With the different handles and attachments, users can work different muscle groups and perform a variety of exercises:

Cable chest press: Here, the handle or attachment is attached at chest level, and the user performs a pushing motion to work the chest muscles.

Cable Rowing: In this exercise, the handle or attachment piece is attached in a high position, and the user pulls the cable toward the body to work the back muscles.

Cable pull biceps curl: Here, a handle or attachment piece is attached in a low position, and the user performs a bending motion at the elbow to work the biceps muscles.

Cable triceps press: The handle or attachment piece is secured in a high position, and the user presses down on the cable to work the triceps muscles.

Cable leg exercises: There are various leg exercises that can be performed with a cable pull station, such as leg extensor, leg curl, adductor and abductor exercises.

The cable pull station allows you to adjust the resistance according to your fitness level and training goal by selecting the weight accordingly.
