Beginners will find a large selection of training videos with a personal video coach on the integrated tablet. This shows how to perform movements correctly and motivates you to complete the workout from start to finish.

Eight cable pulleys (top, centre and bottom) allow you to perform countless exercises on the NordicTrack Fusion CST weight station. The cable pulls at the height of the flywheel are ideal for butterfly and rowing exercises. The upper cable pulls are ideal for pulldowns or tricep extensions. Push-ups or butterfly reverses can be performed on the lower cable pulls. In addition to this selection of exercises, countless other workouts can be integrated into the workout. The exact execution is explained by a virtual personal trainer on the integrated 10-inch tablet.
