The new Impulse IFP range of fitness machines with individual stations for discs is specially designed for economical use in small fitness clubs, hotels, associations and the like. Impulse Reverse Hyperextension is a highly effective strength training device for strengthening the gluteal muscles and legs. When performed correctly, the reverse hyperextension is a great exercise not only for strengthening but also for rehabilitating the lower back.
