The 7-position FID Olympic bench is a first-class bench for home use. It features removable shelves with polyurethane covers to eliminate noise and protect the bar and machine, and a modern frame with oval tubes. The bench also features non-metallic foot covers to protect the flooring and 7 adjustable angle positions from -10° to 75° for flat, incline and decline bench or shoulder exercises. The Olympic weightlifting bench from HOIST Fitness is ideal for a full body workout. The adjustable bench can be used for a variety of strength training exercises. Attachments for leg extension/leg curl and preacher curl are available separately.
