Now with a new composition - optimised according to the latest scientific findings. The gels have a reduced sweetness for an improved flavour experience during exercise. In addition, the focus of the carbohydrate sources has been placed on isomaltulose and waxy maize starch. The new ingredient ratios retain the staggered energy release, but enable an even lower glycaemic index compared to the old recipe. Maltodextrin ensures that the gels are still ideally suited as a quickly available source of energy during sporting activity. In addition, the LIQUID ENERGY GELS now have a cloudy colour instead of a clear one.
Application:
Take ½ tube immediately before starting exercise and then 1 tube (approx. 50g KH) per hour. Drink enough liquid with it. Increase the dose as required for workouts lasting more than 3 hours.
