The TRX Bandit Kit contains not only the ergonomic TRX handles, but also a pair of 5-15lb (2.5-7kg) and 15-30lb (7-14kg) Strength Bands. These durable resistance bands allow for flexibility in your workout and provide the challenge needed to build muscle.
