The bar weighs 11.3kg without weights and is therefore also an ideal starting weight. Combined with the PowerBlock dumbbells can train with the PowerBlock barbell with a maximum of 45kg.

The bar weighs 9 kg without weights and is therefore also an ideal starting weight. Combined with the PowerBlock dumbbells, the PowerBlock SZ curl bar can be used to train with a maximum of 43 kg.
