Simplify rowing training
The LCD console starts automatically in Quick Start mode. This allows exercisers to start their workouts quickly. Thanks to the intuitive LCD console, trainers can optimise courses in small groups or trainers can complete individual units with simple programmes such as goal-based, distance-based, time-based, calorie-based or interval-based workouts. The patent-pending Coach by Color Power program uses colour-coded zone training to inform exercisers of their performance during the workout. It provides effective and accurate feedback, customised to the exerciser, and allows coaches to optimise training for the group.
