The dual cams with variable overhead resistance allow each arm to be operated independently, ensuring unilateral and bilateral conditioning of the chest, back and shoulders. Independent range of motion provides a deep, full stretch for all users. The uniquely designed articulating arms provided optimal chest and posterior deltoid development. The heavy weight and low profile design provide excellent balance and control when pushing yourself to the limit.
