This unique cam design offers intelligent dual function capabilities for the price of one. The biceps triceps machine has a variety of adjustment options, from a 7-position seat adjustment to 28 different starting positions, ensuring full freedom of movement.
The bicep curl swivels and rotates to adjust to the length of the forearm while reducing wrist strain. Positioned at a 30° angle, the arm stabilisation pad allows correct joint alignment without elbow pressure on the pad.
