The Steelflex Plate Loaded Squat Machine is constructed of a durable 11-gauge oval steel tube that provides excellent strength with a modern design. The frame is protected with a high quality powder coating that resists scratches, wear and sweat. The PLSS is a professional leg muscle strengthening machine. This machine targets quads, hamstrings, glutes and calf muscles. In addition to squats, calf raises and lunges can also be performed. This squat machine is suitable for use in home to commercial environments such as weight rooms in high schools, college fitness facilities, training studios, military and commercial fitness centers and more.
