The sissy squat trainer enables an intensive workout for training the abdominal muscles, legs and core and is ideal for isolation training such as calf-focussed squats (sissy squats), deadlifts, Russian twists, sit-ups or medicine ball throws. The training can be intensified by adding resistance bands, dumbbells or medicine balls.
