The Spirit Fitness Glute is a strength machine for targeted training of the gluteal muscles. The design allows you to stand during training, which is ideal compared to kneeling on the floor. The position simulates a glute kickback, keeping the foot low to the ground and stretching the back at the same time. The adjustable chest pad positions the athlete slightly forwards to ensure correct alignment. The footrest can be easily repositioned.
