A good skipping rope is a must in the sports bag of any keen athlete. Skipping ropes are a great way to train your strength, endurance, speed and explosiveness. The Tunturi steel skipping rope Pro comes in black and with extra weights. 180g extra weight is hidden in the professional skipping rope. However, these additional weights are not a must, they can also be removed from the skipping rope. The handles are wrapped in ergonomic sweat leather so that they sit comfortably in the hands. The steel skipping rope is 300 cm long and coated with PVC. It can be shortened individually.

How do you determine the correct length?
1. Attach the steel cable to the handles using the instructions provided.
2. Stand with both feet in the middle of the skipping rope. Make sure that each end of the cable is the same length from the center point.
3. Pull the cable tight and hold the handles firmly. Look down.
4. Move the handles up or down until they are level with your sternum.
5. Adjust the length of the cable by pulling the rope through the handles.
