Thanks to the smart mechanism, the desired weight can be picked up on the dumbbells in no time at all - simply turn until it clicks and the corresponding weight is displayed - and training can begin. Thanks to the ingenious mechanism, the adjustable dumbbells replace up to 16 conventional pairs of dumbbells! It couldn't be more space-saving. You can choose between a 20 kg set or a 32 kg set.

QUICK AND EASY CHANGE
Simply turn the handle until it clicks to select the weight. The kilo number is displayed in a window so you can quickly and easily set the right weight for your goals. Adjustable in 2kg increments up to 20kg (DB20) or up to 32kg (DB32)
PRECISE TECHNOLOGY
The length of the barbell adjusts to the selected weight so that every repetition is perfectly balanced. The ribbed metal handle in studio quality always ensures an excellent grip.
DON'T ROLL
