The Tunturi cork massage roller is the environmentally friendly roller for self-massage and yoga training.
Massages support regeneration and shorten the recovery time after training. Different parts of the body are rolled over the massage roller. Tension in the fascia and adhesions in the connective tissue are released. The fascia roll also supports muscle flexibility, mobility and balance.
The Eco Fascia Roll can be used by the therapist to massage the athlete or by the athlete themselves as a self-massage tool. Full body treatments or a selective trigger point massage on knotted muscles are possible.
