Single station discs

Single weight plate stations are fitness equipment for strength training, which allow to use weight plates to train different muscle groups. These stations usually consist of a metal structure with various holders onto which the weight plates can be placed.

Typically, there are different types of single weight plate stations, each targeting specific muscle groups. Some common examples are:

Leg press machine: this station allows you to use weight plates to work the leg muscles, especially the thigh muscles.

Chest Press: This station allows you to use weight plates to train the chest muscles. The weight plates are attached to a bar that you push forward to work the pectoral muscles.
